Can you have bonfires at Ocean Beach in San Francisco during the winter?

Would it be okay to have a bonfire around this time?
Thanks so far. But do you think it would be a good idea to have it around this time? It’s getting sunnier now and the rain is gone. But what’s it usually like at night over there?
There are fire rings at Ocean Beach between Lincoln and Fulton, and they’re available on a first-come, first-served basis. You aren’t allowed to have fires outside of the fire rings.
If you’re planning a party of more than 25 people, you need a special permit, which costs $50. The permit does NOT reserve a fire ring – it just gives you permission to have a group.
The parking lot closes at 10 PM.
Add: Just checked back to see your "is this a good time" question. It’s really cold at night now, and if there’s any wind, you’ll be pretty uncomfortable.
