need one for my boyfriend’s 21st and plan only to invite close friends, 6 persons in all.

Right now all over b/c it’s off season!
Last time I got one it was from http://www.beach-houses.com
They have nice houses and most of them are on surfside and it is a nicer beach!

   I had a place on tiki island and it was VERY reasonable.
