The new season of "Jersey Shore" is about to start filming this time not in New Jersey and soon enough so that they can play it over the summer.
My question is how can they possibly do a new season with the same cast.
For example if they did South Beach EVERYONE is going to know who they are and go wild on the cast or try to get on TV or just make a mess. It’s impossible to do another seaon like this because everyone will know exactly what is going on. Women will be easy for the guys everyone will be going nuts to try and get on tv and talk to the cast that there is no way they can do it.
Picture this: They go out to the bar or club. Tell me not, everyone will be all over the cast swarming them. There will be nothing to shoot except for the fact that they are now celebrities.
Hows is this going to work??? Thats why you dont see other realty show bring back the cast.

So my grandma has lived on the beach since 1997. She’s literally about 100 yards away from the water. Anyway, there is this vacant property (no house, just dunes overgrown with shrubs and grass) one house down from my grandma’s (Grandma’s House—Random House—Vacant Lot) which my dog just *refuses* to go near. He used to sniff around it several years ago when I would walk him, but in the past 5 years or so he won’t dare step foot on it. He’ll walk on the street right next to the grass line, but when I try to tug on his leash and pull him onto the property (owned by no one, except maybe a realty company), he will just dig his claws into the asphalt and brace himself against my tugs–even when he had a choke/pinch collar he wouldn’t budge!

I don’t know what it is with that property, because he’s fine everywhere else. Maybe there’s a presence there or something…who knows?

Although 7 years ago the tv on the 3rd floor of grandma’s house would always turn itself on sporadically after I got home from school. It’s stopped doing that, but my grandpa says it’s due to wiring or the cable signal or something. I don’t know if these two are related, but if any of y’all have anything to contribute, I would be most appreciative.

Animals have higher senses then humans do. It may not be that there is presence there but instead that he can see or smell something that you can not. it doesn’t have to be paranormal it could be something as simple as a smell he doesn’t like or a sound or even a memory that he associated with the property. Or it could be paranormal though that would be my very last explanation.

Is she responsible to show transactions? She is elderly and I am not sure how they protect assetts and money trust? estate ? If so is she able to spend as she pleases? Home is in a realty trust with her 50 year old as the beneficiary. H e has been living there and has completely remodeled and renovated. He claims an income of under $10000 a year in divorce court. When asked how he purchased his new Harley,beach cottage, and his $50000 lawyer he claimed his mother gave him the money. Was the judge asleeo???

Anything over a $10K "gift" from a parent is supposed to be reported as income. I’m talking about cash, etc. If the parent decides to buy him a car, Harley, pays for his legal fees, etc. That is a whole different can of worms. You can work around some tax/income laws…

Okay, so I am a single mother and I really want to take my daughter to the beach for a vacation this year. We go every year but her father took off so I can’t afford to spend much this year. It doesn’t have to be anything too fancy, but I would like it to be farely close to the ocean and be 2 bedrooms. It can be anywhere on the beach of North Carolina. I would like to spend no more than $500. Anyone interested in helping me find one? Please do not just send links to realty companies, I need specific places. I’d like to stay close to a week.. or 4-5 days would be fine.. The week of August 2nd.

ok tell me why i’m in the television reality category and nobody has mentioned anything on vh1 which has the most reality ever. not no deal or no deal or laguna beach or whatever. look if its not on vh1 then i think it’s not the dramatic realty i’m lookin for

I think it’s because VH1 shows are seen as almost entirely scripted, as opposed to regular reality TV, which is moderately scripted. Also, just because you show a lot of reality TV shows, it doesn’t mean any of them are GOOD. I’ll personally take Hell’s Kitchen over Flavor of Love any day.
