I am a middle aged woman looking for a great beach and great swimming. I love the salt water. I live in San Francisco and may need to go to Mexico or East coast. Any ideas? Mexico ok but cheaper the better. Thanks!
I would recommend going to Mexico or to Florida. In Mexico, Cabo San Lucas and Cozumel are great spots to go to with nice beaches and plenty of water activities, like snorkeling and diving. You can find more Mexican destination ideas here:

I want to rent a beach house – family of five, three kids ages 15-11. Looking for a nice beach (water not too cold) interesting surroundings, not too commercial, but not isolated either.
Can go anywhere from Cape Cod to Cape Hatteras, NC, and want to keep costs down.
Any suggestions? I know of Cape Cod, Rehoboth Beach, Ocean City, Va Beach and the Outer Banks. Which is best?
Anywhere along the outer banks of north carolina would be a good choice; Nags Head, Kitty Hawk, and Killdevil Hills consists of more hotels and stores, and the areas from Corolla, Duck, Southern Shores, and the areas beyond KillDevil Hills are pretty quiet areas with rental and residential locations. Va beach is a good choice as well, and is relatively close to a lot of tourist attractions on the southeastern tip of Virginia, and is about 20-30 minutes from Norfolk [which has a pretty nice mall if you like shopping].
I work for Hilton so i want a hilton property so i can get my discount. Looking for a safe, lively, possibly tourist-y area in Puerto Rico for my 19 year old bf and 21 year old self. Is the weather good for the beach and swimming in aug or sep? Where in Puerto Rico would you recommend for us? Thanks!!

If you like walking, you can easily walk into Old San Juan from there (or take the bus). We went in late July last year and we stayed in Condado (not too far from the Hilton) and it was great. The weather was ok, really humid though.
If you do go, definitely rent a car and explore the rest of the island. El Yunque is beautiful, and the west side of the island is nice too.
I’m looking for a seclude place on the beach for our 25th Anniversary. We would some activies to do and prefer it to be all inclusive.
Well, Lanikai Beach on Oahu is very nice. It’s a public beach, but if you go in the winter months, it’s pretty empty.
You could also try some of the nicer hotels near Honolulu, they probably won’t have too much traffic.

Myrtle Beach in SC is a nice choice. Yes parts of it are very touristy but it’s not all like that.
A lot of hotels are less than $50 a night!
My friends and I want to take our Senior trip together to the beach. We live in Tennessee, and we don’t want to have to travel far. We were thinking maybe Florida. We want to go somewhere that isn’t overly crowded, but still has a lot of things for teens to do. Any suggestions?
I live in Florida – South Beach is nice but very expensive. But there a lot of good deals on hotels because of the economy. Food and bars are expensive.

I am taking my little brother (13) and my 2 step daughters (4 & 9) to the beach for a week and need to know some things we can eat for lunch and mainly dinner instead of going out to eat for every meal.
If you have access to a BBQ, you should pick up stuff for Kabobs…
Either BBQ or not, you could make burgers, hot dogs, corn on the cob, salad, green beans, chicken, mac n cheese, rice a roni, spaghetti, grilled cheese, sandwiches, string cheese, oranges,apples with peanut butter, tater tots, french fries, frozen chicken nuggets, watermelon, strawberries, cherries…hope this gives you some ideas!
