I’m going to a beach alone, booked a room. I feel scared now, I want to go alone to enjoy quiet time. I feel scared because of security, scenes of movies, folk tales etc. What can I do?
It’s fine…I ge scared too..so I lock the windows and doors and never open them ..if someone knocks you ask who is there THROUGH the door….dont open it if you do not know them no matter what they say.
I’m 13, almost 14 and my rooms been pink for almost three years now. I wanted to paint my walls deep-sea blue, andd decorate it like a beach with coconuts on the walls and stuff. I was thinking about replacing my bed with a comfertable hammock to create more space and to give it that beachy-feel, and throw some bean-bags in there. Good idea or no? Any suggestions?
I don’t think the hammock can replace a comfortable mattress on a bed. What about a hammock-type swing that is suspended from the ceiling? Good for lounging about. I not sure why you think a bean bag chair is beachy, even though they are trendy. Use a giant shell to hold some jewelry on your dresser. You can also get a lamp that has a clear glass base and fill it w. tiny shells, and it is easy to glue shells to a mirror frame.

I would really like to switch my room to a beach theme. I have tan walls, which I think I could keep because it looks like sand. I also have shells and things like that from trips to Mexico, but my bed is not beach themed at all. (it’s cheetah) so i was wondering what things i could do to make it a beach theme. Thanks!
OH beach themes are a LOT of fun to create and relatively easy! I agree with you to keep the sand colored walls. Then use a sea blue and lime greem and white for highlight colors. I’d get a new bedspread. Hang garden flags that say something to the effect "take me to the beach" . Tacky/hot gun glue the seashells from your trips to picture frames and around the mirror. Matte flip flops in room colors/hot beach type colors on cheap picture framing mattes by tacky glueing them and then hanging them on the wall. Hobby Lobby has a lot of really cool beach theme items for reasonable prices. If you have a comfy chair in your room instead of using a throw use a beach towel. Use flip flop candle holders/flipflop string lights etc. Use your imagination. Sounds like fun:)
I have a dark turquoise room and I am trying to decorate it to turn it into a beach themed room. I would like ideas to help help out that either cost NO MONEY or EXTREMELY LITTLE MONEY. I have tried putting up some pictures but its not doing much. Help!!!!!!

Get fine sand….glue into beach wave pattern & then glue sea shells.
Edit -yes, your walls are a nice turquoise…the sand is your beach. (the waves just make it look a little more fun.) You can use some sort of heavy duty glue to place the shells. You might want to add inexpensive sand pails as storing containers in your room…maybe hang beach towels for curtains. Have a random beach ball for decoration….
They get cable T.V., internet access, their own bathroom, access to our washing machine, fridge and kitchen. Oh, and she has a kid who is going to share the room with her. (kind of a hassle). The location is also near the beach. Please help, I need to know how much to charge per month.

i looked at the rooms and i do not like the pirate room. it looks ungly! and i like bright colors, so the Nemo room is perfect for me and my family. and plus im 16 and my sister is 22 and its going to be my parents, so the pirate room is not going to be good for us haha
