While I’ve not been to a nudist beach, I am a nudist and have been to many resorts and campgrounds. Generally speaking, a nudist local is NOT a good place to go meet woman. You do meet many excellent, friendly people at those locations (SLAP… Not that kind of friendly), but usually those people are already involved in a relationship. If you do meet someone, you should approach them the same way you would at the mall, or on a street. Nudist are the same as textile (regular) people, they just don’t need to wear clothes to socialize on a regular level.
You should always keep a towel handy when you are at a nudist beach or resort. It is very poor etiquette to sit bare bottomed on something someone else will likely use. If you ever go to a nudist resort you will always see people carrying towels. When they sit down, they will put the towel down first, although at a beach it would be ok to sit bare bottomed on the sand. If you should happen to have an erection, you can cover up with a towel, role over (if your laying down) or go for a swim. It is poor manners to walk around publicly exposing an erection. Its not a crime, and it happens, but it should be avoided. It would be the same as ripping farts in a public place without trying to hide it or say excuse me.
There is a very well known nude beach in San Diego, Blacks Beach. California is riddled with nudist/naturist resorts. Your lucky to live there. I placed a listing of nudist places in the source box.

Surprisingly enough, most people don’t look that good naked. A sexy lady looks better dressed in the clothes that suit her.
Many people may think they look good, but in reality they don’t!

My wife and I enjoy nudist beaches and nudist resorts. It gives a wonderful feeling of freedom an naturalness. Public nudist beaches are going to have very few females usually. This is because they feel less comfortable if there are clothed looky lu type people around, besides any good looking ladies are going to have guys around them like bees to honey. Nudist resorts have more women since everyone is naked and there are not any fat clothed guys standing around drinking beer hoping to see naked girls. It is a great experience but Im afraid I wouldnt think it too good for meeting single women. Most people at nudist resorts are couples. Depending on how old you are you might find a nice younger girl that comes with her family. The last place I went to here in Texas before it got cold there was a lovely 14 year old girl there. Oh to be 15 or 16 again!
If you do see a girl just approach her like you would at a pool or regular beach. Waving your dick in her face will get you kicked out. The same type of behaviour is expected as is expecetd at a regula beach.
If you get an erection just cover up with a towel or shirt or something until it goes down. Everyone understands an occasional unprovoked boner, but if you are obvious and continuous you will be asked to leave.

I went with a group of friends, some of whom had dared each other to go. I went topless, and I normally swim topless so that was no big deal. The 2 guys went nude – they didn’t have much choice. One of their gf’s also went nude I think bc she wanted her man looking at her more than the rest of us. Another girl went nude bc she was part of the dare.
It was a fun day, but most of the people there were people you didn’t really want to see nude

I have been to a few nude beaches. Trust me, most of the people their don’t look good nude. I did it because I like to sun bath nude and swim in the ocean. You may see one or two other good looking people but its not swarming with beautiful young ladies otherwise there would be a croud.

the people who answered that people look better in clothes are clueless
i find many women who are much older than me attractive when i go to a nude beach
and i generally like younger women
young girls do go, not often though
yesterday there were 2 beautiful naked 20yo girls at my beach and very friendly too
so do go and be nice and you will mett good looking naked girls
and forget about the erection, doesnt happen that often
